Starters
Trio of smoked, poached and cured salmon with pickled cucumber,
herb and dill dressing

Smoked duck salad with pea shoots, winter leaves and crème fraiche 

Honey roasted fig wrapped in Parma Ham, served with rocket and aged balsamic dressing 

Roasted Chestnut and Mushroom Soup topped with Goats Cheese Snow (v) 

All Served with a basket of Artisan rolls and unsalted butter 

Main Course
Traditional Roasted Turkey breast, smoked bacon wrapped chipolatas,
chestnut stuffing, goose-fat roasted potatoes, honey roasted carrots,
brussel sprouts, braised red cabbage, rich turkey gravy 

Slow-roasted brisket of beef, shallot, horseradish & chive mash,
roasted root vegetables, Madeira sauce

Herb crusted Hake loin in a lemon and herb butter sauce,
served on a garlic and rosemary potato cake with crispy kale 

Parsnip, Pear and Cranberry Stilton lattice, topped with toasted chestnuts,
served with thyme roasted baby potatoes and honey roasted baby carrots
 

Desserts
Traditional Christmas Pudding with brandy sauce and redcurrants
